        The manager is the worst and disgusting person. He doesn't have any customer service skills at all. He shouldn't be there. The store will improve automatically without that person.

        Only 1 person serving they did not have food prepared is been my 3dr time in the last month very shure I will not go to that location any more

        Management, ownership, franchisee, terrible. The store staff are fine but the management of this location is god awful. Total incompetence. Easily the worst location in SoFlo. Close this location and open something else they cant ever get jt together

        Awful service. They didnt have white rice, black beans or chips and after we paid for whatever they scrounged up to sell us, they told us they didnt have forks or spoons to eat our meal with. What restaurant doesnt have utensils? We asked for a refund and they lectured us on food waste. Still waiting for the refund. We love Chipotle and even went to another one to get our food but will never come back to this one.Terrible.
