Im really sorry so many have had bad experiences. I have been seeing Dr Stein is an amazing Dr. very patient very fair and other providers such as Angie and many more. I also cant say enough positive about how good I have been treated by compass health for years.

They claim to the best in the business but since Ive started months ago. Ive gotten nothing but my money taken. Its ridiculous, its so unorganized, so unprofessional. Its terrible dont even waste your time.

Horrible experience with this place while looking for pediatric mental health assistance. Multiple appointments were set up after they failed to appear for a telehealth visit. Their call center left us on hold for over an hour. Multiple times they waited out until business hours ran out, then updated their portal stating we "no showed." Yet the patient charts show progress notes, vitals, and even supposedly performed suicidal ideation assessments... yet they have not seen the patient once. Do not even try to get mental health care from any of their offices. Not only did they not see us, but they entered information on the patient chart that is clearly falsified. Further, if you bother to look up the physician's public lawsuits you will find a previous malpractice suit for failing to treat a patient with suicidal ideation, which resulted in the patient's death. Stay away from this place, especially if you need help asap.
