South Florida Sleep Centers

I called them 3 weeks ago to schedule a sleep study after my referring physician faxed them a prescription. First they could not find my Rx. My Doctor resent it and it took 2 days until they could they called me to schedule an appointment at which time I was told I needed to schedule a tenative appointment so they could get insurance authorization. I was also told I could do the study on a Friday. After waiting almost 3 weeks I receved a call that the insurance authorized. I called back right away so I could schedule and was told I did not need insurance authorization and that I could not get a Friday appointment. I am beyond angry that this so called company would lie to me just to get me to book an appointment. They wasted my time and flat out lied. I am a Healthcare Professional and work for one of the hospitals they do sleep studies at. If I treated a patient like that in my profession I would be fired!!!
