I have been calling for the past two days and no one answered.

Been a patient over 14 years I called today because I have flu symptoms and they told me I can go to an urgent care because doctor and NP is booked until end of January.WOW! BTW rude staff answering the phones, unbelievable you give service/money to a primary care physician for this long and this is the treatment you get. Will be looking for a new primary care provider.

Office personnel very unresponsive! Ive called 4 x this week trying to get them to contact CVS regarding a prescription they sent for me that contained conflicting dosage info. Each time they said they would take care of it right away and never contacted the pharmacist at CVS. Many other issues Ive had as well. Too many times they have dropped the ball. However, Clara Delgado the NP is great. I was originally for many years a patient of HP at the Memorial Hospital Building. Dr Polner was great and that office was very responsive to patient needs! I must make a change because Im at my wits end with this office.

Minimal wait time. Everyone is friendly and professional. They are also very prompt with referrals.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Jennifer Fichera for near 10 yrs. She & her staff provide consistent professional & kind care. Their phone is always answered & anything needed is addressed immediately! Im grateful for all they do to make my health care painless & easy to manage ~ 5 *s for all!!
