Be very very careful with Cano Health. My mother-in-law was taken to this clinic after a fall, they didn't have technicians to take the X-ray. Consequently we have to drive her to the one in University Drive. X-ray were taken . We had to call back the next day for the results. We were told that there were no broken bones. 3 weeks late at hospital we find out that she have two broken ribs. And the results were gotten with an Rx . I ask your help to take this to a higher level. Because what they are doing can put people live in danger.

This gray Helath in particular, the staff who work at the clinic are excellent people, my problem is always with the referral department, it is the worst. Every time you see me go to the department, they hang up on me or leave a message and they never answer. This week I had an appointment at the Miramar hospital. To have a mammogram, one of the prescriptions had the wrong code, the lady who was processing my paperwork called the referral department 5 times and 5 times they hung up on her. This is disrespectful, since it was directly from the hospital and I was the 3rd cano health patient that this had happened to. Well, I couldn't have the mammogram ultrasound for that reason. They should change the staff in the referral department and put more people in that department to have better service.
