        Went in to this store today. The salesman Carlos was very helpful, my husband and I really appreciate his knowledge, and help setting up the app on our phones. He made the purchasing experience enjoyable. My husband and I have been thinking about a sleep number bed for many years, glad we went to this store.

        We ordered a sleep number in April in NY for delivery in Florida on June 8. We got an email last night that our bed wasnt going to come, and no idea of when it was coming. We based our trip to our new home on this delivery. I am livid! No one can give us any answers. I did call the number provided and was given a set of sheets. This in no way made up for all the aggravation SleepNumber dropping the ball caused. We were also promised a $500 credit to our charge card which never arrived. Delivery is now scheduled for July 18 th costing us another trip to Florida from NY. At this point I am just hoping our next delivery date date will actually happen.
