    Communication can be improved. Both internal among employees as well as with customers. I especially was not appreciative of enrolling me in auto pay when I did not request that action. Otherwise ok. Will still be on the lookout for more cost effective insurance rates since both my husband and myself are seniors and safe drivers.

    This is the best insurance company Ive ever experienced. When I call to add drivers they are quick to get me the response that I need after running a driving record. Its never a wait and its always a very fast response time. I truly feel like I get five star experience working with them. We have 38 vehicles on our policy and constantly turning over new employees so were in constant communication on a regular basis.

    I was a client with Heather and her agency for 5 years and during that time the rate I paid for my auto insurance policy remained fairly the same. When I signed on, I was told that would receive increased discounts for varying things at each renewal period, i.e., homeowner but that never happened. I recall in year 4 calling Heather's agency and requesting a better renewal rate. I was happy when the representative I spoke with agreed to give me a better rate, "a new discount program." I later discovered that the representative cancelled my UM coverage and significantly reduced my policy terms, which were below what my leasing company allowed. I immediately called back and requested he change my policy limits back - he agreed to fix everything he did without my consent. I later discovered after getting into an auto accident he Lied! Unfathomable. Fortunately, because Heather's agency could not furnish a signed UM agreement I was saved from thousands of dollars of costly expenses. I thought that was bad, but things got worse. In year 5 I decided not to renew my policy. My initial cancellation request was completely ignored by Heather. I had to involve Allstate corporate to get assistance with cancelling. Heather's company never credited me for what I paid up front to cover the final bill, instead, they billed me for that month. And during the 45 day period as I awaited a response on the issue-They sent my account to COLLECTIONS. It was unreal. The collections company agreed to investigate the matter after I forwarded all of the supporting documentation, which sadly was not taking into consideration. Heather's agents advised I was responsible "for half" of the payment - the math didn't add up. Allstate as a parent corporation completely avoided assisting me further to resolve this matter - they gave Heather's agency free reign to create policies as they saw fit (so it seemed). I paid, this premature collections balance within 30 days of the company concluding there was nothing they could do. I then discovered this collections company, in spite of me paying the debt - reported my account to the credit bureaus, which I'm currently addressing. Unreal. I caution anyone looking to work with this agency, and say to anyone that's a current client, read the fine print and don't allow loyalty to make you complacent. There are better companies out there with much better rates and honest and straightforward agents that are truly looking out for your best interest.
