I was with Allstate years ago. When they called me about reviewing my auto coverage I didnt expect much but they came through and I switched companies. Hector Martinezs office is great! His staff is efficient and professional. Im very satisfied. UPDATE Although their office is great Allstate in general stinks! I bumped into something during a torrential downpour and they fixed the damage which was minor but increased my premiums by THREE TIMES!!! I had never had any claims for 50 years. Thats ridiculous!! My insurance went up to $6000/year! I left them after one year (apparently you are black listed if you put in a claim and you cant transfer to a different company) and dropped my premiums by $2000 when I did that but the increase in insurance premiums forced me to sell my car
