I contracted with Home Owners Services to begin painting the exterior of my home, and the fencing which enclosed the front of my home;. As we agreed, they appeared on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at about 8:30AM, and started painting my home. They finished on October 9, 2021. As per our contract, they pressure cleaned all areas, used a primer coat on all areas as per the contract, and painted two coats of highly rated paint (by e.g.-Consumer Reports) on all areas as per our contract. When the painters had finished, they replaced all items (e.g.-water hoses secured to walls) as they were positioned before the painting started, and cleaned up any debris (including used paint cans). I was highly satisfied that they had done an excellent job; however, I would strongly recommend that anyone seeking to have painting done follow the advice of this company, and let them test a color sample on the surfaces that you want painted for any color which you select BEFORE you decide your color(s) selection. If you decide to sign a painting contract with this company, make sure that you understand all the contracted terms before you sign. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
