The 2 front desk staff were very rude especially the lady by the name of rose. The whole place smells like sewage and the carpets in the room were dirty plus hair all over the floor. Do better Marriott and hir people with good customer service skills!! Im a Mor riot gold member and I will never stay at this property ever again!!!!!

The bed sheets had hair all over them. Clearly was not cleaned. We were gone all day from 10am-10pm and we come back and the room was not serviced at all. No beds made. No clean towels. We had to call to get clean towels. Then the shower water handle didnt work so the water wouldnt stop. We called for maintenance and apparently he had the day off so we had to wait a long time to get it fixed. Terrible experience. Will not be coming back. Only decent thing about hotel was the free breakfast and location.

Gave them a 5 star. Changed it to 1 , really meant for it to be 0. Anyway i smoke outside in smoking area and was charged $250.00. A rip-off. Refused to credit me my money back. What the hell. Been staying here almost 10YEARS at least 5 times a year, 1st time this happened. I asked them to review cameras showing i spend hours outside smoking and going through my emails being self employed and as a business owner with employees. I don't smoke in my house or any enclosed room. Wife with allergies won't have it anyways. Called Marriott corporate and they're even worst. That's the last $250.00 they'll ever get from me. Never going back.
