Timeless Flowers

DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!! I am heartbroken that after waiting 13 MONTHS for my preserved and framed wedding bouquet, which cost $800(!!), I finally received them in a different frame then ordered, with my entire bouquet crumbling to pieces as they clearly were never preserved. Picture 13 month old wilted flowers and that's what my beautiful peony bouquet looked like...absolutely unacceptable. These were my once-in-a-lifetime wedding bouquet, a memory I cannot get back or recreate.On top of the DEAD flowers, this has been the WORST service I have ever dealt with. Adriana, the woman who we were speaking with and who gave us our initial quote, kept going off the radar for months at a time, only to finally answer a call and say she was in an accident or sick in the hospital and to pray for her. I have read in countless reviews that Adriana likes to use this excuse every time someone raises a complaint or concern about their missing flowers or about the lack of communication. To use accidents and illnesses as an excuse is UNACCEPTABLE. We were told the process would take 5 months, and had to constantly call them and beg for them to give me my flowers back for the remaining 8 months, all the way up to month 13.Cannot say this enough...This company is a very legitimate scam, and only acts upon threatened legal action. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and persevere your memories with a real, caring company. These people deserve to be arrested.

An absolute waste of money and time! I sent my wife's bouquet to them in April 2023 and still haven't received them or even an update. The last we heard from them was October 23 saying they were almost finished. Here we are January 1st with no flowers. It's been nothing but excuse after excuse. Unacceptable save your time and money

My Sister in law & Cousin sent my flowers from my sons funeral Nov 5th 2023. I finally received my flowers today Feb 2nd 2024 after numerous calls in pushing her to complete the job. The quailty was cheap. The flowers in the heart shaped frame were poorly secured to the point where the flowers and charms were moving around. It really looked like she slapped it together and didnt care. After looking at some of the reviews, other people have had similar experiences with her work. Her responses to the dissatisfaction of her customers are dismissive and rude. My son passed away after 12 days being on this earth. Its a pain that will always be with me. Ive been trying to preserve anything I can to honor him. Thought it would be a good idea to preserve his flowers from him funeral. The wrong decision was sending them to Timless flowers. In this business, you need to handle peoples memorable flowers with care, complete the job you were paid to do, and genuinely care about it. If you cant do that, then you shouldnt be in business. These are peoples memories you cant replace or re do!
