The place is very good but I didn't like that I told the employee to clean the washing machine and she was super rude when asked for the favor of removing a cut Likido that was in the washing machine and there is no one to complain to

If I can give 0 stars I would because I waited 10 days for the manager to reach out to me and she hasnt. I paid 11 dollars for one machine to wash my clothes, I had an incident where it was not starting and I use this machine all the time. I went to ask the attendant and she moved my load from heavy to medium and started barely working. By the way medium is .75 cents less and I paid $11. She called her manager who said that I was lying and that she saw me in the camera and that is a lie, because I in fact pressed heavy. The machine did not do its job and the whole time it was washing my clothes bad and slow. I dont appreciate that because I paid not $5 nor $6 that other machines cost. Very rude and irresponsible. I am not happy at all, I think 10 days is more than enough for someone to reach out to you and especially since she told the attendant that this is a 24 hour place.

The machines are working properly but the floor looks old with some titles break.
