One of the lady workers kicked me out of the store and had broken glass on the floor and refused to clean it up.

The bathroom is disgusting not cleaned or mopped at all. They is caked on dirt on the floor everything is rusted there is one roach on the floor. Even tho it is a health hazard they have a few good items

Awful service from manager Edwin. Consistent bad service is not something you should strive for Mr. manager, Edwin. I'll keep shopping there probably because unfortunately there aren't't any other dollar stores nearby. Just my luck. Hopefully other dollar stores will open up soon and I will no longer have to deal with Mr. Sunshine Edwin.. can't wait.

I tried to purchase Dutch Masters when the manager refused to sell it to me. He told me that my ID was invalid (it expires in January 2026) because I JUST turned 21 on January 26th, he claimed that it is the law to get my license renewed because there is a red block that says under 21 until January 26th 2022, TODAY is February 7th, 2022. My license is not expired, it is not invalid, it is perfectly good for the use of purchasing tobacco and alcohol products. When I tried to argue with him he told me it would be a problem if I had gotten pulled over, which again, I have gotten pulled over and it was not an issue then. If my license was invalid the day I turned 21, then my license would expire the same day, and it doesnt. He made this law up and then refused to sell it to my friend because he does not know my age. He had literally just seen my ID. I called the store shortly after to complain to a manager because I did my research and found that of course, he is wrong; when I called the store he answered, I asked to speak to a manager, he told me to hold and then came back on the phone and said this is the manager. It was the same person who had just answered the phone trying to mask his voice. I find it so inconvenient that I couldnt make my purchase because the staff and management is untrained. The fact that he made up some nonsense and tried to call it a law was so frustrating for me. I cannot stress enough how, for lack of better word, STUPID this whole situation was. Please do your best to train your employees on the ACTUAL LAW. A smile on their face every once in awhile wouldnt hurt either.
