Prime Takeout

We have used Prime takeout several times, but tonight will be our last. We ordered from Wingstop like we normally do, 20pc wings, 10 boneless wings, a large ranch and seasoned fries. (you can't have wings without fries am I right?) So, to our disappointment our order arrived without the fries. I immediately called Prime takeout and notified them of their order error. A man with a strong accent answered quickly and said, "it's too busy so I can't send another driver, but I'll refund you". Satisfied with that response we ended the call and hung up. Two minutes later I received a call from the same guy saying, "Wing stop is 110% sure they put them in the bag so you need to take it up with them because I'm not authorized to give you a refund" Blown away by his lack of customer service and rude response I told him he just lost a customer over $3.99. He told me once again I need to take it up with them. Shortly after the Wingstop manager called me and told me sorry she didnt pack my bag someone else did. (why does that matter?) and that she could offer me a credit on my next order ( not a refund), but in addition it could not used for Prime take out. I asked her to call the manager back to tell him of her employees mistake and she said It would be best If i do. After coaching she agreed to call him. After 10 mins and a ruined meal I called her back to see the outcome. (I HAD TO CALL HER BACK) Do you see how terrible both of their responses were? they made a mistake and the only one that is suffering is me, a paying customer. Going back to Uber Eats, peace out Prime take out!
