Good afternoon,I’d like to first say those claims you made are inaccurate. There has been many conversations between you & I (director) in regards to his tantrums which would run various duration. We didn't just let him cry, we offer many ways to calm him down. We have brought up worries of him not only hurting himself but those in his class which lead us to write many incidents reports. We recommended seeking more advance help that way as a team we were all able to help him. As far as the arm incident, we gave you full permission to view the video recording. It was clear in the video how he laid on his arm. We contacted you immediately after, you stating this had happened before at home.We switch our children class, when they are ready to transition. Your child would have started our VPK program in the summer. This gives them an opportunity to be familiar with the classroom, teachers and change.It hurts to see a review like this when we have done nothing but communicate well and corporate with you to resolve our concerns. We provide all of our children with the upmost love & care. We wish you the best in the future and hope you find a facility who are able to meet your demanding needs.
