        The Waffle House of vape shops. Broken products, no refunds no returns even if they sell you some broken stuff. No courtesy, no politeness, no manners, no respect, but its ok because Adrian from Holy Smokes Palmetto says thats the way they do business, thats how they like to run the stores and he even mentioned that the owner Mr. Carlos is ok with that. Apparently theyre ok with staff members being disrespectful, rude and passive aggressive.

        I would not recommend you to buy a vape from this shop. The vapes may work in store but when you go home to charge them, they do not charge. I called in and spoke with a worker at the store within 24hrs of my purchase & she said ole well. I definitely wouldnt recommend. Ive never had this problem ever before as I have multiple vapes that came with chargers and it still didnt charge the one I purchased from this store

She is an honorable businesswoman with integrity and commitment to her customers. You wont go wrong shopping HOLY SMOKES! Her employees are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
