        Excellent customer service. It was so refreshing to be inside an ATT store that takes the time to listen to your needs and address them by contacting the head office and walking you through the entire process when you are not purchasing a phone. It was excellent old fashioned customer service. They were so patient and friendly including the store manager. I think the entire team is new.

        I had to get an updated phone, one of the things I was told was I could keep my discount I was receiving, the salesman said yes. Of course the 1st bill after that the discount was gone. I talked with the manager and his answer was "did you get it in writing". I complained to the feds, AT&T corporate gave me back my discount. Don't listen to these guys, they're liars.
