I was excited about booking for my taxes this upcoming year given their awesome reviews. -Called on Tuesday 12/27 to make an appointment was told that the person that makes appointments for Jorge Rodriguez would call me to set up as she is the only one that knows his availability. -It is now Thursday 12/29 no one has called me. Called the office and spoke to the receptionist which told me that I would have to speak to Yainelis to book an appointment because they offer packages with prices for first time clients and that she wasn't available today and would not be able to call me until next Tuesday. I will sadly have to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately having a new client wasn't important enough for them.

What can I say, my CPA is GRRREAT!!! Julio and his team do a wonderful job filing my business and personal taxes year after year. They are polite, professional and take the time to everything to you to ensure you are comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. Julio Acosta and his team are very professionals. I have relied on their accounting services for many years with their professional and personal attention. Julio and the rest of the team are always involved, available and incredibly helpful with any and all questions I have. I am grateful to the whole team.
