Chase Bank

Based on my recent experience, I will not be banking with Chase again. I went in on a Saturday at 12 PMI asked the lady if I can open a checking and savings account and she told me to wait patiently and somebody will take care of me. There were only 2 bank tellers and people in front of me waiting for their appointments. A couple minutes later, a bunch of people walked in for notaries and one of them was complaining that they needed to get the situation done now and that then couldnt wait for an hour. The manager allowed them to skip the line and took care of them simply because they were complainingso I guess if you want something done, then you need to yell and harass the employees. Because of this, after I waited an hour and a half for assistanceshe then tells me that they would not be able to help me today and I can schedule an appointment. The manager did tell me to try making my account online, but when I did that it told me that I already was a member and I needed my account number which I obviously dont have. So when she asked me again to do it I told her what happened and she assumed that I was doing it wrong, even though I wasntso after I tried signing up online again and it told me the same thing, I decided to walk out. I was very patient and polite with everyone there and I cant understand why they would even tell me to wait if they knew nobody was gonna help me. Unbelievable and extremely disappointed.

Worst chase in the area the outside ATM Never has cash and Always has computer errors, Only 1 ATM on the inside with the same consistent issues if you go inside to be helped by a teller no one welcomes you or tries to help you would give them zero stars if I could where is your customer service? please help this location out!!
