        Do not live if you plan to have your car stolen. The guard gate has been disable for over two years. This is not a safe place to live with your family. I highly recommend moving somewhere. I had no choice but to break my lease because I was in fear for my life and my love ones.

        Great place to live been here for many years. I wanted to recognize an individual who has really made a difference in our complex. Although the rent is high like everywhere else in our area I put a value on service and Lane Ward the supervisor of the crew that maintains the complex is great. You can speak to him on the complex about any problem and he is right there. He goes above and beyond to take care of things and there are no delays. He's great and I as a renter here I appreciate the way he takes care of things now not like in the past. There is a value on service and Lane Ward is the value. Thanks Lane for the service.

Unfortunately, crime has not address and Cortland Pembroke Pines is no exception. We consider our residents' comfort to be a top priority and do what we can to prevent it from occurring regardless. The front entrance gate repairs have been extensive and the system will be fully functional before mid-month.If any resident is ever aware of any suspicious or illegal activity taking place, we ask that you please report it to both our office as well as file a police report so that we can take action. Unfortunately, our team was not made aware of your car break-in during your time at our community or these broader concerns, otherwise we would have been happy to assist.
