        I live here with my sister. Bella Lago is JOKE Update : Fridge wasn't fixed UNTIL JANUARY 2024! Update 10/31 fridge is broken for the forth time. Over $1500k down the drain groceries. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE US A NEW FRIDGE UNDER WARRANTY. No on can provide us with help or a solution and just constantly pass us around. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Would be great if it wasnt a MONTH of no working fridge and no working garage oh and NO WORKING SINK!!! because warranty wont answer their emails or phones. Will not recommend to ANYONE. Has been going on since JULY 2023. Service: Home building

        Great community! Loved every bit about our buying process, very knowledgeable representative Josh showed us every home available and knew every detail there was possibly. Community is absolutely beautiful and such a joy to live in. Would highly recommend to anyone.

        5-star review for sales rep. Calvin B. @ Bella Lago. He is one of the best/ open and honest sales representatives we have dealt with during our home-buying process. He answered many phone calls, toured us a bunch of times, answered our questions, and fought for us to get the house and pricing we needed. We ultimately bought at another property due to outside factors but if you are looking at Bella Lago ask for Calvin. The community is beautiful.

        BEWARE! I have been fighting for months now for the side of my property to be properly re-graded due to builder error. After numerous tickets and ZERO help, in fact Claudia from the warranty department has told me that it is OUR fault since we decided to erect a fence meanwhile the issue had existed prior to fencing and actually made putting the fence up extremely difficult due to water log. I am very concerned about my foundation and possible sinkholes being that homeowners insurance will not cover that, not to mention the standing water/ mold & mosquito haven. After speaking with my neighbors, many of them are having this same issue and being straight up IGNORED. Absolutely Disgusting behavior after making a huge investment!
