Went in because I had a coupon that expired today. However, the coupon didnt take anything off the bill. It apparently cannot be used on prestige items, which I understand now. Instead of explaining this to me, the man at the register looks at me and says did you even read it? In the most condescending tone possible. I hope he isnt a part of their leadership team, but that would certainly explain the snarky disposition of their staff. Just make the trek to UTC if you dont want attitude.

Save yourself the awful staff and management and go to Sephora. Literally terrible every single time I have been here. Ulta, please stop embarrassing yourself with the people who you have working here.

Im new to the area and have tried a few different stylists and was not happy with the cuts. So glad I found Angela at this salon! Best haircut Ive had in a long time!! I have long, thick hair and she gave me texture, movement and the perfect amount of layers..so happy to have found her!!!

Abby A should be promoted to lead makeup artist / consultant because she is amazing and really sweet . I had been at the store earlier and one of the beauty consultants color matched me but as the day went by I was not happy with the color or the formula as it was too orangey looking and oily. I went back to the store and the consultants were all gone home for the day . I was really disappointed as I had paid over 50 dollars for a foundation ! But Abby went above and beyond to do everything she could to find the perfect shade and I am 100 satisfied with the results ! She could have processed my refund and on to the next customer but instead she exercised great customer service and I ended up buying more products she recommended - a concealer and a lipstick ! Now thats a successful sales consultant ! I hope that management reads this and recognizes her effort and talents as she is an asset to Ulta . When I need makeup again Im going to look for her to help me next time . I recommend if you bed help and bed someone that cares and is patience ask for Abby A .
