24/7 Immobilization

I called them on 06/29/2023 to complain about the sticker they left on my window, which was severely adhesive and left residue all over my window. The woman who answered responded angrily and evaded my point. When I challenged that she was making a straw man argument she grew enraged and started screaming threats at me, then hung up before I could respond. I called back immediately, the same woman picked up, and before I could utter a word she launched into another angry tirade, screaming at me for half a minute and then hung up again. It's hard to believe my building hired this company and even harder to believe that a company as unethical as this could remain in business.

I am a resident who pays almost $200 per month for parking in my apartment complex. My vehicle was wrongfully booted with a handicap decal and the company refused to acknowledge their error. The customer service from both the manager and agent Karen were terrible, neither were accommodating in any way. I truly hope my apartment complex will consider utilizing an alternate company to manage their parking services as residents should not endure harassment from an overzealous and money-hungry tow company.

I would like to know how such unstable people have this company. Saw people driving around this morning with this company logo harassing people in Davie,Fl. I would never use this company or even let someone use them. Very disturbing and unusual behavior. The owner/owners and employees should be more courteous because it takes one time to mess with the wrong people and you wont have the company anymore. I hope the gentleman you were harassing files a police report because that was embarrassing.
