If you're dealing with Mrs. Barbara then you will rate this company the way I did when it comes to renter's insurance in the state of Florida. She's professional, friendly and explains everything to you before you purchase. Unfortunately, I can't elaborate on auto insurance or any other.

If I could give this company 0 stars I absolutely would. The worst insurance agency I have ever dealt with in all my life. Jeff Syguene took advantage of me by signing me up with cheaper policy than my previous one. During the change of insurance he totally neglected the fact that I have the SR-22 certificate because he totally ignored my certificate I received a week notice of license suspension. The week notice did not allow me to get the state the certificate they needed because the week notice took 6 days to get to me by mail. Due to this negligence my license was suspended and it wasnt my fault. I then gave this company a chance to redeem themselves but yet again they disappointed it appears to be that they are MIDDLE MEN they stated and can only work with the back office to work with Allstate which makes them pretty worthless. I ended up having to switch back to GEICO in the end because the company pretty much found it impossible to receive the SR-22 certificate from Allstate. My recommendation is to avoid this agency at all costs and just go through Allstate themselves or go through a different insurance company all together. On top of all explained above I have a wife who can go into labor at anytime and I am still unable to drive her to the hospital thanks to Jeff Syguene and this terrible agency.
