I hired Anchor Property Inspection company to inspect a home we were buying to move in with a newborn baby. Maybe I am alone in this, but I hired this company with an expectation to be notified of any, left alone major issues with the home. Shortly after moving in we encountered issues with AC unit fan, which turned out to be rigged to work and we further found mold in AC handler. I did not expect, after having done an inspection, to be replacing AC unit, air handler and treating air duct for mold, but I had to. Other good reviews do not discredit my situation. This company failed me as a customer by not providing the service to my expectations. They failed me as a customer in the way they dealt with the situation after I brought it up. They failed me as a customer by making me feel that I have to write this review. And, sadly, they continue to fail me as a customer the way the reply to my review. I get it, their Agreement is bullet proof - congratulations on that. This review is for the future customer with similar expectations. This review is also for this company to hopefully use it as a learning experience. In my situation this could have been avoided by simply letting me know: hey, we are not sure, but you may want to have someone else give these areas a closer look, or something like that, that would have made a huge difference and would have lived up to my expectations. I do not wish anyone bad luck, I hope there is not another review like mine, more so not another customer has to deal with what I had to. P.S. Mr. Taylor was not present, I was, both realtors were, but you make statements that suits you for a living aren't you?

Response to below comment from "business owner." Wow, just terrible. Trying to discredit a review and attacking the BBB accredited A+ business you know nothing about, classy. I told the truth, you continue to show your face Mr. Taylor. I will tell everyone I can, now that I see that I should. Consumer beware. P.S. The number of reviews I write is provided by Google, and if I choose to write another, I will.

Detailed report, professional and informative. Thanks to our inspector, we were able to find items that would have otherwise gone unnoticed. We did not end up purchasing this house but will be calling Anchor for the next one!
