Transmission Plus

Charged me for new motor and fan. Which I hope it is. But now the transmission will not go into reverse which worked fine before BOB GOT AHOLD OF IT AND IS STILL RUNNING HOT. WHAT MAKES THINGS WORSE IS NOONE WILL ANSWER PHONE GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL FOR THE LAST WEEK. If anyone has a different number please let me know.

If I could give them a negative I would. Spent $700 to replace rear main seal. Didn't give me a call to let me know how long it would take. Always closing the shop before closing hours. Never answered the phone. 3 months later, I took my truck to another shop because it was pouring out fluids from the bottom. This shop didn't replace the seal and/or they didn't put a plate (which is used to have an extra seal). I wouldn't recommend them. EMERALD COAST in Panama City is the best. Honest and liable

I had a breakdown on I10 assuming that it was my transmission. I called the team @ Transmission Plus & the owner Bob told me to "bring err on down". When I arrived at the business they was awaiting with open arms. They made a quick diagnosis of my Hummer H2 (transmission & transfer case rebuild) & went right to work on it. They had the transmission & transfer case out before I left the establishment, I felt like I was at a pit stop. During the repair process I received updates on the progress & an estimated time of completion. I've been around a tool box repairing vehicles for over 30 years & when I met the mechanics they gave me a sense of comfort, they were extremely professional with their work & advice. The final bill was less than the initial quoted price & with that I am grateful. The truck runs like a "well lubed machine" I'm glad that I chose Transmission Plus!!
