Mason Title & Escrow Company

Our real estate agent and lender had to repeatedly ask for information and documents multiple times. I never received my closing document or final wire instructions from the title company. My lender and I had to estimate the cash to close amount and I went ahead and sent the wire and now I am awaiting a check back for overpayment. The MTI employee did send me a document that was supposed to be my closing statement, but it was not a closing statement and it was for a completely different buyer at a different address. I would not recommend this company. They asked for a review, so here it is. My closing agent, Donna, was awful. Hopefully the others are much better.

Mason Title & Escrow Company (MT&E) in Panama City Beach, FL., handled the closing of our Condo as true professionals in every sense of the word. Mark Stockdale was responsible for ensuring our documents were completed properly and all was accomplished while we were at home in Texas. His knowledge and support was beyond reproach and made the entire process easy and prompt. We recommend MT&E to anyone who is selling or buying real estate in the PCB area as they are true pros.
