I brought my car in for an alignment and tire issues after another tire store nearby was unable to fix the problem after multiple visits. The staff at Firestone were able to correct the problem and went above and beyond by inspecting the vehicle's suspension and discovered that the wheel bearings were shot. I was able to use this information to get them fixed under my power train warranty (just in the nick of time since the PT warranty expired 3 weeks later). The other tire store had looked at my tires and alignment at least 4 times and failed to point this out or correct the alignment. A BIG thank you to Darrell and the rest of the crew at this location for not only providing professional & honest service, but saving me a large amount of money!

Doug and his team at Firestone were fantastic. In and out in a half hour. The alignment made my daily driving so much better

Went in to get 1 tire balanced at 3 pm and was told it would not be today. No one waiting or in line. Thanks for the great an needed service not performed that would have only taken 15 min.
