If you are unsure about things and need professional guidance. Miss Karen is very knowledgeable. Respectful ,caring and considerate and kind.         They switched to a new system this year, and the ladies told me that I was there first client for them to use the new system on and this office. We had a lot of fun I didn't mind being the guinea pig I love when people are learning and I love to help them perfect their skill to make it easier for the next person. I've been using h&r block for years I'm not going to stop now these ladies were wonderful at the 23rd Street location!
