Typically I have no problems ordering from this location but tonight was horrendous! We ordered delivery and at first everything was great, it took about 30 or so minutes for our food to arrive our house is hard to find and every time we put our address in it shows a place up the street (not their fault) we always just walk up the road to help the driver out like normal. Then I get home and one of my items is incorrect ( I asked for no onions in my pasta bread bowl and instead I received everything removed except chicken and bacon. so I call the place 9 minutes after my order was delivered. The person who answered was the person who actually delivered our food. He was nice when he answered and then I was polite and tried to explain to him what was wrong and he rudely interrupted me and said let me get my manager (he shouts back and forth with his manager about the situation) I dont think she realized I could hear her but she rudely said I could just have a free one next order or it would take at least an hour to remake and deliver (it was a pasta bread bowl one item out of a 5 item order that was delivered within 30 minutes of placing the order online) I was still polite and didnt say anything and said that I would wait the hour and a half because its all Ive wanted for week. She was VERY obvious about how much she did not want to remake it and wanted me to take the free one but I have been craving this for a week now and I already paid for it and they messed it up.so they agree and tell me itll take an hour to be delivered. So I hang up and its 9:09pm, I sit and it wait. ALMOST 2 HOURS GO BY! 10:52 I call them back and THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT MY NEW ORDER IN! They told me it would be 30 minutes. They didnt even apologize or anything! They just still
Had the attitude like before. I hang up and I wait and after about 20 minutes they come. THE FOOD IS UNCOOKED!! The food is a little warm warm but the spinach is raw, the mushrooms basically room temperature but raw, the tomatoes were raw. Its bad! Mind you, I never said a word and I was sweet and polite the whole time, but this is the worst experience Ive ever had from dominoes pizza!! (BTW the Youngstown location is 100X better! They were only a few minutes over the 30 minute mark and gave us free stuff for the extra wait, so this is pathetic!!)

I called ahead to order the $19.99 special deal, then used the drive-thru to pick it up. After I paid a woman, a man came and asked me to pay again. Not communicating? Anyway, the food was very good, although that then crust pizzas didn't seem to have enough sauce. They tasted more like cheese crackers, but still good.
