Dr. Joseph is helping me with my back, feet & toe. He is a God send. I'm so grateful and very thankful I found him. His staff is wonderful and the office is very prompt so don't be late!

Dr. Joseph was extremely caring upon my first visit. He was very knowledgeable of spine issues and I felt I was in competent hands. He gave me prescription for Physical Therapy to complete before any injections could be done. after only one week I got a message from his staff, I wont mention her name here, asking me to call and schedule my injections. She called me twice and left messages but I also had been trying to call her back on the number she left but no answer over and over again and then on several days as well. This staff member was very rude and laughed at the thought I could get an appt quickly. I didnt want an appointment quickly I was merely responding to her call. Finally, I went to their office to personally leave a message with a very rude receptionist but she asked could you see the doctor at 1:15 today? I saw the doctor at that appointment and after waiting 50 minutes in the little room. Dr. Joseph seemed like a totally different person. He was scatter brained, fumbling, and would not make eye contact. His demeanor, incompetent and rude staff left me no choice but to cancel any injections or further care from him. The is not one of the top 10 pain management offices for a reason.

I met Dr Joseph Sept 13, seemed to be knowledgeable, said I really needed the epidural for my pain with severe scoliosis, arthritis and DDD. I still do not have an appt, Oct. 24! I have called and only can leave messages, and no one has called me back. I asked receptionist if I could speak to anyone else? She replied," she is working on it(authorization), and will call you when she has it." very rude. I have an appt with another Spinal Dr who, hopefully, can get me some relief.
