4/4 Because of my (Kayla Johnson) review, we were told today that their hands were tied. The local dealership cannot purchase the car back or replace it because their superiors or owner wont allow them? The GM has offered to help with insurance. For 10 months now weve been paying for a car we cant drive, yet my frustration seems so incomprehensible. On Thursday March 28, VW of Panama City called me, Kayla Johnson, and asked me where I would like my car towed. I asked if the car was fixed, and the gentleman said no. He said they worked on it the past couple of weekends and could not fix it, and to take it up with my insurance company. Mind you, they have had our atlas in the shop since June of 2023. Also, our insurance company denied the claim because there is no damage, only mechanical issues. The gentleman also told me to bring their loaner back, that it needed to be recycled. He said I had until the following day to do so. Again we have a bumper to bumper warranty, and a letter from the general manager stating he planned on buying the car back. This is just my personal experience with VW

I want to give a big shout out to Mark and Michelle. My car broke down while on a weekend trip from Ohio and my car broke down. The rental car company was closed so they gave me a loaner for the weekend and on Monday got me a rental. They had no budget left to get me a rental but knew I had to get home. They were so kind and accommodating even when I was not so nice and putting my frustration on them. The kept me apprised along the way and fingers crossed my car gets delivered to me today or tomorrow.
