    Verus Healthcare customer service leaves a lot to be desired. When requesting a supervisor return a call, the call is never returned. When technical support is needed for my Air Sense 10, they refuse to pass the call through. They are often argumentative and nasty. Too few of their telephone representatives are pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend Varus Healthcare.

    Gave them my new insurance information on 1/3/22. They still haven't coordinated with my insurance company as of 2/9, therefore I can't order supplies for my CPAP. Not only is this horrible care, it's potentially dangerous. Called Verus "customer service" several times and was told to be patient. Spoke with a supervisor who couldn't help me and told me I was free to choose to use another vendor. They clearly don't care to do a good job one bit. I am exercising my right to choose and am going with another vendor. Stay away from them

    Worst shipping ever. All the supplies are CRAMMED into a plastic bag, which provides NO PROTECTION to the supplies. The bag BARELY fits into out mail box, so the postman jams it in. It is nearly impossible to get it out and the supplies have no protection. The supplies should still be sent in a cardboard box that protects the contents.

    I have a CPAP that is not working. I called a week ago and I seem to not be able to get any help. It was a office in my area, Sarasota, which the company closed. If I had a chip choice I would never use this company again. What Medicare shows the least expensive companies to service clients, the clients are paying I'm getting pool service.

    After waiting three months for my sense 11; I arrived at my appointment only to be shown a sense 10 and told how difficult it was to get a sense 11. I told him I would wait until i could get one since I waited this long. He then said "Oh, wait a minute; I think I remember seeing two of those in the back room". As he went to get the sense 11; I noted the old looking bag of a sense10 he was about to give me. He returned and told me , he would "go ahead and give me the hose and mask in the kit" which was not suppose go with the kit???? I thanked him for that (yea , right). I might add here that the sense 11 he gave me had two indicators that said it was not new... It did not have the sleeve on the hose, nor a bag around the mask. but the protective seal was still on the screen (most people leave that on anyway if you can read through it). I received this c-pap through the much respected generosity of the American people through Medicare and partially through the V.A. and I was asked to give my credit card number which I absolutely refuse to do. Why would they need to have it when it is all paid for my those two entities? They finally agreed but as I went over the form to sign it,; I noted it had a space for them to mark, if I did refuse. Yet, I was not given an initial choice.
