Holiday Inn Panama City, an IHG Hotel

As an airline employee I travel a lot and Holiday Inn is usually pretty good. This location and hotel is nice but the customer service is terrible. I am not hard to please. The cleaning lady wasnt quite to our room. She saw us leave and asked us does she really need to clean our room today.. Odd question to ask me if she really has to do her job. I said well can you just spot clean and at least give us towels.. Came back ugh.. No towels and its not touched. I then went to the counter to get towels.. I said she skipped our room and she said well its not my problem.. I ok but can you at least give me towels.. She said well you are gonna have to wait and follow me to the laundry room.. So I said ok fine. Here take these and gives me one for my whole family. I said I need more there is 4 of us. Seems to be annoyed and almost tossed them at us. Later that night I walk by and see them arguing with a customer. Geez not impressed and wont be back to this location. Disappointed and wouldnt recommended this place.

The hotel was okay. It had construction going on but was still nice. Eric at the hotels restaurant was great. He made us a fresh pot of coffee for us even though it was dinner time. He gets all the stars for sure.

Nice, clean and safe hotel to stay at in Panama! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and location is convenient to shops and the beach.
