Safety: Security is always around which makes me feel safer. Walkability: Several restaurants, gift shops and stores are directly across the street so you can walk to them if you want.

Rooms look nice but smell musty. Breakfast is pretty good. Woke up itchy and arms had bites on them after the 4th day. Never anyone at the front desk. They only clean your room on request.

Absolutely horrible experience for my first time in panama city. I will never use this company again. My room flooded every night we stayed. Was moved once to a room that already had a humidifier in it, which should of been a huge red flag. Room also flooded, when I informed the gm Kevin about it, I was told the humidifier must of leaked, ridiculous. Then the shower faucet in the second room flew off and hit me when I turned on the shower. I had to get on my hands and knees to bathe. They glued it back on and blamed it on whoever did the plumbing. It lasted 1 shower and came off again. The TV never worked the entire time we were there, also blamed on the rain. It was absolutely the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Kevin credited me half my bill but when I called the customer service line I was informed that it was all the hotel was willing to give me so there was nothing they could do. What a joke of a company. I have never stayed at a Best Western and never will again. Don't waste your time or money with this company.
