Do not waste your time on Covenant Care!! They DO NOT return phone calls or follow through on any services. Awful client care & service from Mackenzie Clark.

My family had hospice for my grandmother and were not impressed. They didnt answer the phone, wouldnt return calls, and sometimes didnt even show up when they were scheduled. Without going into specifics, one nurse caused more pain to my grandmother than was warranted. Regardless of what the family dynamics are, hospice should be there when expected, and do the job they were hired to do.

Holly made the transition from the hospital home very worry free. Covenant made it possible for my Dad to pass at home with his family. Lindsey made sure that we had everything we needed and was more than helpful and caring. Very respectful and professional.
