AmeriSpec provided a thorough inspection of a house we were considering purchasing. Our inspector, Rooster, took pictures of everything he found and delivered a very detailed report in less than 24 hours. We found him to be professional and extremely knowledgable about the roof, electrical, plumbing, and exterior, etc... Our inspector took time to walk through the house with us and answer all of our questions. It was a pleasure to work with him. Appointments were easy to obtain. They were reasonably priced. The inspector was very professional and thorough. He explained all of his findings thoroughly and and answered all of my questions. He also sent me links for additional information that could be used whether buying, owning or selling a property.

Highly recommend using Rooster, he is professional and very thorough. I truly felt he had our best interest and insured we were knowledgeable about our purchase. He went over everything with us so when we got received our inspection we knew exactly what we were looking at. He won’t disappoint!
