From the Mount of Olives Team,we wanted to firstly apologize about the bad experience you guy's have undergone. Taking the supplements altogether, at our recommended doses consistently is what gives us the intended results we introduce to our clients. I know it was hard to undergo the comprehensive protocol like we recommended, but that is what has given us our results over the years. In regards to the return, we know it was hard to provide swift results, especially with our return system compounded with the holidays. Being that a lot of the product was from professional, medical grade lines, it does differ when it comes to returns vs. our standard supplement brands. We do unfortunately apologize for not returning the amount in your preferred method (cash). The original purchase was made with various payment cards, as well as from different individuals, so for safety on both ends, we had to do what would be most secure, which was to transact the credit as a whole back to you guys, with amounts in accordance to our return policy. We hope this clarifies and addresses each point mentioned. We truly strive to provide our clients over 30+ years with true, lasting results, and a swift process with it.
