Wow! So impressed with the desserts and customer service. Cindy was super friendly, helpful, and a great baker. I reached out to her to have cake and macarons made for my baby shower. She made me a beautiful 2 tier pink champagne cake and a dozen macarons. She delivered it to my house the day of the baby shower and even brought some petit fors because she knew I was interested in them. She even set it up for me! Would recommend her for any of your special occasions or even if you just have a sweet tooth.

Amazing customer service. I was sad because I couldn't be with my mom on her 87th birthday and the owner went above and beyond to make her day special. It truly made her day and mine too. And the cake! A lemon bundt cake that my mother said was the best she ever had, which says alot. I was able to see a picture of the cake and beautiful light pink roses too. It was all perfect and I highly recommend - D

Called them last minute to make a special birthday cake for my 13 yr old. Had it ready in 24 hours and it was a sugar printer cake of My Hero Academia. Couldn't find one anywhere else in town. They really came through. Thank You, flour and Flowers.

Good morning! The gluten free lemon pound cake I got for my work yesterday was a hit this morning, the gf girl in office loved it but so did everyone else. We will be getting this again. Thanks again for offering gluten free for my gf coworker to enjoy a treat too. Have a great day!

I NEVER post negative reviews ever but I felt I had to share the experience I had. Bought two slices of cake, one was lemon blueberry the other one was a slice of chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and then went home. the lemon blueberry was absolutely delicious and moist where as the chocolate tasted old , hard , and just not edible. normally we are regular customers of this business they are a local small business and I like to support local small businesses however I had an unpleasant experience this morning with the owner, Cindy. I explained to her about the difference between the two cakes and she told me she would not be able to refund me my money. I wasnt asking for a refund. As a business owner I figured shed want to know so perhaps in the future she could avoid serving old cake. She told me well mam my cakes arent always going to be 100% to your satisfaction I told her that the cakes Ive bought in the past have been good and in fact I was going in this morning before all of the fiasco to buy cupcakes. I said perhaps you could offer me a slice of a different flavored cake. She then told me Id rather you just not come back no apology, no thank you for letting her know or anything like that. I felt she handled the situation unprofessionally. Im very disappointed in the customer service with the owner. the young girls working up front are always kind and lovely. Im just shocked that a local business owner would turn away business like that especially during these times... very disheartening!
