People seem nice but terribly un organized. Double booked both my kids for no reason. One a month apart and the other the next day after his appoint? This happen a few days apart out of nowhere. Confusing text confirmations that were incorrect appointment times. They Couldnt figure out how to call insurance to get a member ID which I did in 5 mins. Booked us to get all fillings done in one day after I called to confirm this. Then said they wouldn’t have agreed to this the day of appointment? I’m moving on due to the un reliability of this place. I’m still trying to figure out how all this has happened in the short timeframe I was with them. 🤦‍♂️

Absolutely fabulous!!! From the first phone call to the time I was walked to the door, everything was wonderful. Upon my arrive, I received a friendly greeting. She offered me some water while I fill out my paperwork. They have a table you can sit at, so you do not have to try to hold up the clipboard. When the nurse came and got me, she knew I was terrified. She spoke very sweetly to make me feel more comfortable. She explained everything before she did it, so there were no surprises. The young lady who did my numbing shots was very professional as well. Again told me everything and has a soft calming touch voice. When the doctor came in to pull my teeth, he asked before he started if I was ready and numb. He joked around with me a little to help calm me down. After he was finished, the nurse went over everything with me about how to take care of myself. She made sure I did not have any questions and walked me to the door. As I was leaving the receptionist said "Have a Great Day" call if you need us. I did not use their names, they will know who they are. Thanks Again!!! You made this scary experience very smooth.

Loved everything about this dental office...from the receptionist to the dentist, everyone was wonderful. Last week, when I first walked in to this super clean and stylish office I was greeted by the sweetest lady...she actually went above and beyond to help another patient, I was amazed by her caring customer service skills. Then the dental assistants were awesome too, listened to my needs and actually came up with a plan that would work better for me. The treatment planner talked me through all my options and helped me figure out the finances too. Everyone was so nice. Today, I went for my treatment and again I had the same experience. The dental assistant and dentist were great, my extraction was painless. I really feel like they care about all my concerns and made sure I was happy. I love how they all work together to help each other, it feels like a family atmosphere! Super great staff, wonderful office...definitely recommend!!

I went here for the first time today and I can’t say enough good things about this place! I haven’t been to a dentist in years, I didn’t have any pain, but I needed to have some work done so after reading the reviews I decided to call and set up an appointment, the lady I spoke on the phone with was very professional, from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted right away, I filled out all my paperwork, Carrie came out, introduced herself and explained the whole process to me, I admit I was nervous, but she was amazing and very patient, she kept me informed of what would be happening the whole time and really put my mind at ease, after she did my X-rays, I met with Dr. Pappas and he was amazing as well, they both asked me what my goal was for my teeth, explained my options and answered all my questions. I was so happy with the way everything went I went ahead and set up an appointment for my husband and both my boys.
