Let me just say that Mr. Dowgul is as advertised. The state was trying to label me as a habitual traffic offender which I am not on any level. Everything they threw at me I provided the documents they wanted but still was to be suspended in 9 days for 5 years. I hired James Dowgul and he said it would be tough to correct within 9 days but we would get started. I just randomly checked my Drivers License status 2 days later and he had fixed it all in less than 48 hours. Im not sure he had time to go in the phone booth and put on the cape but he sure got the results we needed in record time. I feel like he truly cared about my issue and not just cashing a check. And to be honest I would have paid more for what I needed done. I got superior service for a very fair price. Thanks again!!!
