Where as the service is decent they did not inform me of much going into the process and I was not aware that I had to pay up front. This is a huge inconvenience due to the fact that most people allow you to pay out of your taxes to make the process more convenient. I should have atleast been informed of this beforehand and they should have made the process easier rather than having me sit in the dark for three days about my taxes when I could have easily went somewhere else.
