After my home say on the market for 6 months, reluctantly I started looking into making it a rental property. I contacted Mindi and we discussed the situation. She took my home as a challenge and was determined to get it sold. We agreed to a 3 month contract during the holiday months. Every week she would give updates, make sure my lawn was good to go, even added her own things to the yard to spruce it up and in those three months, I had more showings than I did in the previous 6 months. It was a stressful time but she made it easier and got the job done! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We are very happy we chose to go with Mindi at The Sato Team-KW Success Realty. We were neighbors so I knew she'd know the community better than any other outside realtor. Mindi was there every step of the way guiding us on any and everything dealing with our home. We are a military family and needed to sell asap because we were moving across country.
