Very unprofessional! She was the selling agent and I was the buyer. She contacted MY lender directly to obtain information and then filed a subsequent complaint against them because they would not give her any information. I provided all information she had requested but took it upon herself to be aggressive with my lender and my relationship with my lender whereby jeopardizing my relationship with them. I did not willingly provide her with their contact information but she was able to pull it from my approval that was provided. She stepped way out of her scope of work in a negative way. Would not do business with someone this unprofessional!

Dawn has been the most patient real estate agent with our family while we search for our first home. Always quick to respond even when shes out of town and always accommodating to our schedule. Truly lucky we found her!

Dawn was wonderful in helping us find a dream piece of property and exactly where we were looking for. When the seller and title company had bad news just before closing, Dawn was an absolute bulldog in making sure they corrected everything on their end so we were satisfied with our build. She still continues to help us with whatever we need even after we've closed and I have recommended a ton of people to use her. We love her as a realtor and won't choose another one to work with. Dawn did one thing few agents seem to do: She listened to our requirements. She also paid close attention to what we were saying as we were viewing properties to gather a better understanding of what we wanted versus what the market had to offer. In one day we had selected a property. In two days we were under contract. In this tight market, maybe we all got lucky, but Dawn also had a hand in ensuring that we didn't waste time and she kept our search focused on what we told her we were looking for. It has been six months since our closing on this home and we are happy with our new home, but we also know we chose wisely after having seen the market. Dawn didn't try to sell us into properties or areas we didn't want. She did expand our knowledge of the area and real estate market by showing us properties as comparisons, and that was expected, but we appreciated that while we had the ability to buy just about anything we wanted that she kept to what we said we were looking for. Dawn tries hard to be the agent her customers need, and we're sure she'll only get even better.
