Christie helped me purchase my first property in Panama City Beach and during the last few months, she helped me sell that property and another one I owned. Shes very knowledgeable about the market and the area. She keeps a pulse on what is going on and will be very honest with you about it. She was very responsive to all of my inquiries, and she managed a cash closing on a property within a week while I was out of the country. Ill be choosing Beth Christie for my real-estate needs if any arise in the area and Id recommend her to anyone in need.

With Beths help and advise (she provided professional photos and made suggestions such as decluttering and little things that most people dont think of) I sold my house within 3 days with many above asking price offers. She also helped me find my new home. It wasnt an easy task with limited homes on the market but she did find us the one. The most remarkable thing Beth did for our family was pull off my 2 closings (the home I sold and the home I bought) within a 24 hour time frame. It was one of the most stressful times in my life but she was on top of everything and constantly communicated with me. I would highly recommend her!!!
