We have been dealing with them for over 5 years now. Our sales rep Matt Walker is too notch always there when we need him gets us our product in a timely manner, never is pushy like most sales reps can be but he is always letting us know if we can get a good d3al by ordering what we need at an earlier time. He also visits often to make sure we are happy with our product and seeing if there is anything they can do as a company to better the relationship. I highly recommend them and Matt Walker as a go to guy for your vacation rental needs.

I was surprised, they have a decent selection of guest amenities. Also the Duvet sets priced competitive and many throw blankets & decorated pillows.

The reviews stating this place being worth the drive were absolutely correct. Hospitality Depot is Housekeeper Heaven! Seriously, we love everything about the store. The selection is fantastic and fairly priced, the employees are kind and helpful, and the warehouse is super easy to find and navigate. By registering for service here, we were able to eliminate the overpriced and slow-shipping faceless box stores *and* lower our overhead while still obtaining quality materials. To that effect: their new line of Resort towels are absolute game changers. They take half the temp and time to dry, are unbelievably soft, and are properly oversized. They're fantastic! We Hospitality Depot and look forward to many years of service together!
