What I love about this company is all the above. Good quality, good value, very professional and responsive. Jay white the owner did a outstanding beautiful job on our shade job. He's such an hard worker he has great work ethic and gets the job done!! My husband and I have no complaints we are 100 percent happy with our shade we asked for a certain color on our poles and shade and we got just what we asked for.? When we looked up the job was done and done with professionalism!! We will use this company anyday!!

Do Not Use This Business: I contacted the company and left a message after two days no return call. Called back a couple days later a man identified as an owner said he didnt know why I was not called but someone would get with me in sales. I received a call later on and scheduled an appointment for the following week at a designated time that I could leave work early but still keep it easy for him. I leave work early on the designated day to find a message on my phone about 2.5 hours old asking me to call him back (Chris Burchfield) co owner. I called promptly but sent to voice mail.I arrived at my house to meet him. No Chris waited 30 min and called again, right to voice mail. so I sent a text. He calls me to say I didn't call him back so he cancelled the appointment since I didnt return his call. Wow there was no statement that the appointment was contingent on me taking a call. I cannot use a phone during the day in my office so how was I suppose to know. He became rude when I asked him to come that day. He said he was on to his next appointment. That is where he failed as a business owner. He might have lots of money from being in the construction business but he will never have mine and he shouldnt have yours.

We own a home at Destiny By The Sea. Richard the sales person was extremely responsive and patient with us making a huge decisions to put 3 large sails up on our roof top deck. Best decisions we ever made. This company and everyone of its employees have been nothing but professional and prompt. The owners Jay and Chris themselves personally came out to the job to make sure all was done to the highest standards. Highly recommended.
