        No beach access. Beach access that is advertised has no parking and the state park can be closed to visitor at any time. Beautiful construction but who wants to be on the beach without getting to it without a car or golf cart! Hub good if you are a preteen on the prowl. Not interested in a mall food court as an adult!!!

        Beautiful houses. I couldn't believe I was so close to the gulf (I could hear it from the porch) with no beach access. This should have been thought through a little better.
