image Starting with the traces on the door, which we must assume was blood, we were greeted by a strong smell of marijuana when we opened the door. Of course it's not the hotel's direct fault, but the large gaps in every single door don't stop the smell from all the other balconies either.
We had a room on the seventh floor, everything was extremely noisy, both to the busy street outside and to the neighboring rooms. The Asi charm of the floors (absolutely no effort is made with cleaning or maintenance here) left an uneasy feeling when sleeping, 1m from the entrance door and 30cm from a single-glazed window.
Also interesting was the intermediate door to the living room, which was completely bendy and battered, was already peeling off on one side and therefore couldn't be closed.
The hygiene in the room left something to be desired in many places. There was still sand everywhere on the floor from previous guests, the shower head in the bathroom had a strange black coating in some places, the shower door rails were just disgusting, to be honest I showered with flip flops. The balcony and furniture were sticking - which was probably simply due to the proximity to the sea - but the white towel that I used to wet wipe the chairs and railings was black afterwards.
Unfortunately, the whirlpool and swimming pool were also very dirty in the morning. Of course, with the sea on our doorstep it's not really relevant for us, but it's actually just another cheek.
Unfortunately, one of the three elevators was only usable to a limited extent. The button for the 7th floor was no longer there, so we had to go to the 8th floor and walk down the stairs one floor.
Overall, the hotel leaves the impression that there is simply no value in getting people to come back. Like us, most people are probably just resigned to their fate of the rancid hotel and that the first positive impression of the valet parking option and the great, modern lobby with coffee ends with the use of the elevator.
The positive aspects were the comfortable bed, the beautiful view on the balcony and the free coffee, which is also available in every motel in America.

image To start this places is filthy. The mattresses was soiled and brown. The sheets and blankets had brown stains all over them. We went down stairs for more sheets and blankets they only had two thin blankets. I purchased a mattress cover for we would be able to sleep on the sofa bed. Something was biting us every night that we stayed I couldnt wait to leave. They ran out of towels and bath clothes so we couldnt get those either. The floor and stove and other items hasnt been cleaned for a while. Pool area was nasty looking. The pictures used to represent this hotel must be from years ago when it first open. Because the up keep of it is simply horrible. They need to go through a major inspection. Close and start over. Other than than it was an ocean view. Walking distance to everything in every direction.
