Worst Hotel ever! Expensive less than 3 Star quality, very unfriendly staff. Room dirty and sandy, view to a wooden wall, Never again - my proposal: look for another hotel! Rooms: 1st floor, everyone passed the room, for 200 USD not adequate!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!! The worst service I have ever had in Pcb. The rooms are complete trash and to top it off the AC does not work. My room is 80 degrees and I have tried for the past 12 hours to have someone fix it/ change room/ or even better refund my money so I can leave. Each time I speak with them now on the 11th time Im told someone will call me or someone will be by to fix it but I must stay in the room and wait. Please take my advice and do not waist your money. If the customer service was at least better that would make a world of difference.

The room was in great location and thats about it, soon arriving the front desk lady was rude and god forbid you have to call them to ask anything they are just as hateful. Our room was nasty hair all over and in the bed, trash in the floor, tub was filthy, roaches all in the tub thank god it ran down the drain and I didnt have to break out my flame thrower to kill it lets not forget dogs barking all night long , I get its pet friendly but at least accommodate accordingly dont put them beside someone who dont have fur babies. if you are looking for a room in a decent location this is it but if you are look for a room with good hospitality and cleanliness THIS IS NOT IT!
